Since the concept of reopening was muted we have had numerous offers of help, some financial, some with advertising or the loan of equipment or just physical help in the form of manpower.
We have not really published a list of all that help so I will try and make amends and start to list those individuals and companies who have been so generous over the years.
Please bear with me as this will take some time and research and if your name or company does not appear, please email the website under the 'contact us' section so we can acknowledge you on this forum.

The Late Stan Quayle
We were contacted by Irene, the daughter of the late Stan Quayle asking if we would like to find a good home for any of her fathers stock of items which he had collected over a lifetime of hobbies in his workshop at home. These items were transfered to the Carriage shed in Laxey where they have been mounted on the wall ready for use.
Our thanks to the Quayle family for thinking of Great Laxey Mine Railway.
ACE hire and Sales Ltd.
We would like to thank Ace Hire for their ongoing support over the last sixteen years or so that they have supported the Great Laxey Mine Railway. Many of the jobs we have undertaken as volunteers would have been so much more difficult without the equipment they have so kindly allowed us access to on so many occasions.
